Job Summary:
``` We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you. ```Responsibilities:
```- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with any inquiries
- Process customer purchases using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Handle cash transactions, including giving correct change and processing credit card payments
- Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Assist with product demos and provide recommendations based on customer needs
- Ensure that the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner ```
Qualifications:
```- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of electronics sales or wireless sales is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Attention to detail and accuracy in scanning and bagging items
