Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately to process transactions Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision Assist with food preparation, food handling, and basic food safety practices to ensure quality standards are met Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of the cashier station, dining area, and food prep zones by performing bussing and sanitation tasks Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times Support team members with food service tasks like serving orders or assisting in the kitchen as needed Qualifications Previous experience in food service, cashiering, or retail math is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience working in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
