Front Counter Team Member / Barista Join Our Team! We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Front Counter Team Member / Barista to join our growing team! If you enjoy working with people, making great drinks, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Prepare and serve boba drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages. Greet every guest with a positive attitude and provide outstanding customer service. Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the POS system. Keep the front counter, dining area, and beverage station clean and organized. Restock poke ingredients, drinks, supplies, and complete side work during slower periods. Wash dishes and help maintain a clean and safe work environment. Work as a team to provide fast and friendly service. Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Help create a welcoming atmosphere where every customer enjoys their visit.
