Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders at the front counter or cashier station Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling with precision and integrity Upsell menu items and retail products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep areas, dining spaces, and cashier stations Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring quality and safety standards are met Support food service operations by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and managing food safety protocols Skills Proven experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for smooth transaction processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing time efficiently Experience in cashiering, upselling, serving, bussing tables, or retail environments is highly desirable Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering excellent service while honing your skills in the food industry!
