Job Description
Simon's St. George is hiring friendly, reliable Deli Associates! This role is ideal for students, retirees, or anyone seeking part-time hours, and is great as a second or seasonal job.
Compensation OTE:
$128- 140/day Pay negotiable based on experience Weekly pay
- every Friday Wages On-Demand & pay cards available Shifts Saturdays
- Fridays 8am-4pm.
Retail Cashier Duties:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Operate cash register and process transactions accurately Provide excellent customer service Stock merchandise as needed Maintain a clean and organized front-end area Qualifications Reliable and punctual Friendly with strong communication and customer service skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Basic math and computer skills Able to lift 10-20 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally Able to stand for extended periods Comfortable working with cleaning agents Must be 18+ years old (VT requirement to sell alcohol & tobacco) We offer : Weekly pay (every Friday) Paid training Premium holiday pay Paid Time Off Guaranteed hours Health, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Free uniform shirts Employee discounts Advancement opportunities (promote from within) Pay increase after 3 months (performance review) Simon's Stores is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
