5/28/2026 Job Description We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to assist with the BARS Program (Be A Responsible Seller), a compliance program designed to help businesses reinforce proper ID-checking procedures for alcohol, tobacco sales, and ensuring promotional things are being offered at the POS. This position involves visiting assigned businesses as a compliance checker and documenting whether employees properly request identification during age-restricted purchase attempts.Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned driving routes and store visits
- Follow simple program instructions and reporting procedures
- Accurately document compliance results
- Represent the program professionally and respectfully
Requirements:
- Must be between 21-25 years old
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable driving between multiple locations
