Job Description
Leavenworth Sausage Garten
- Front of House (FOH) Lead Position Summary The Front of House (FOH) Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently met.
- Key Responsibilities Operations & Service
- Lead and motivate the FOH team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure strong product knowledge across all team members.
- Learn and operate the grill to support kitchen operations as needed.
- Cross-train and support all FOH positions as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all FOH and BOH areas, including dining areas, counters, beverage stations, restrooms, and entryways.
- Oversee and participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks to meet health and safety standards.
- Ensure temperature logs are completed accurately and consistently.
- Ensure proper keg rotation in and out of the walk-in. Cash Handling & Reporting
- Operate the POS/till system, process transactions, and handle cash accurately.
- Complete end-of-day (EOD) reports.
- Complete reverse labor entries as required.
- Understand and review usage reports in food and beverage systems.
- Generate and distribute Excel usage reports. Inventory & Ordering
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely input into the RSP system.
- Place and receive orders.
- Verify all incoming orders against invoices for accuracy.
- Communicate discrepancies with management and appropriate distributors promptly.
- Ensure all products are entered into RSP completely and accurately. Systems & Communication
- Communicate effectively using Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
- Ensure all team members properly complete RSP checklists (opening, closing, weekly cleaning, and manager checklists).
- Manage and monitor data within RSP systems (food, beverage, and labor categories).
- Send out a weekly newsletter to all team members, including the schedule. Team Leadership & Administration
- Meet regularly with management regarding FOH and BOH issues.
- Participate in interviews and support corrective actions when needed.
- Support the training and development of team members.
- Systems
- Become proficient in Beer Saver software to maintain accurate beverage inventory.
- Demonstrate full understanding and management of all categories within: o RSP Food Systems o RSP Beverage Systems o RSP Labor Systems
- Skills & Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with inventory or POS systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay:
$20.00- $23.
