In this role, you'll manage financial transactions with precision and deliver exceptional customer service to our guests. This position is crucial in maintaining the integrity of gaming activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. If you excel in a fast-paced, guest-centric setting, possess strong numerical skills, and have a keen eye for accuracy, we'd love to hear from you! Hourly Rate + Tips! Essential Duties And Responsibilities Participate in the daily reconciliation of cage paperwork. Sell electronic games tickets. Track payouts and redeem winning tickets. Exchange checks and chips for cash. Promote positive customer relations by greeting customers warmly. Stay informed about all property events. Attend all mandatory meetings and training sessions. Requirements High school diploma or GED. One year of related experience in cash handling or equivalent combination of education and experience.
