This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, manage transactions efficiently, and ensure the smooth operation of the station. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Whether assisting with fueling, sales, or store merchandise, you'll play a vital part in delivering a positive experience every day. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling their vehicles promptly and safely Operate the cash register using POS (Point of Sale) systems to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking shelves and merchandising products Conduct product demos and upselling to promote store items and increase sales opportunities Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering assistance, and resolving issues professionally Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, checking product displays, and participating in regular stock counts Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a secure environment for staff and customers Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a broader customer base Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures Proven supervising experience or leadership skills in retail or service environments Knowledge of grocery store operations, retail math, and merchandising techniques Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management Enthusiasm for product demos, upselling, and promoting store merchandise to enhance sales performance Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier service while developing your skills in retail sales, customer engagement, and store operations.
