Responsibilities Customer Experience:

Greet every customer, identify their needs, and provide expert recommendations on products.

Sales:

Cross-sell products, explain features/pricing, and meet sales targets.

Operations:

Ensure racks are fully stocked, manage inventory, and process returns.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up to date on new products and industry trends to answer inquiries accurately.

Teamwork:

Coordinate with the Store Manager and team to maintain store profitability and cleanliness.

Schedule Part-Time:

18-32 hours per week. 9-10 Hours Shifts (2-3 days per week) Must be available for weekday and weekend shifts . Requires flexible availability to work various shifts. Includes a comprehensive 4-week training period.

Pay:

$12.00 - $17.00 per hour
