Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with food preparation, order taking, and serving to ensure a positive experience Operate POS systems such as Passport for retail sales transactions and food orders Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately while handling cash register operations with integrity Upsell menu items or products to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction through friendly recommendations Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment to uphold food safety standards and sanitation protocols Manage food handling responsibilities in accordance with food safety management practices Support food preparation tasks when needed, including operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of POS systems like Passport; experience with cashiering preferred Familiarity with food industry standards including food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions Customer service-oriented attitude with effective communication skills Basic understanding of operating kitchen equipment and retail sales transactions is a plus Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
