Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections and order placement. Operate POS systems toast Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, teas, and light food items while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with precision and integrity. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food prep stations, counters, and dining spaces, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness. Qualifications Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred. Experience with POS systems such as toast . Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in food preparation and serving.
