Assist the General Cashier in the auditing and depositing of all daily receipts. Record/distribute/audit operational Cash to Jackson Lake Lodge, Flagg Ranch Company, Colter Bay Village, Jenny Lake Lodge, and Golf Course locations. You are expected to adhere to the company's mission, vision and value statements. Be knowledgeable of the company's management systems, policies and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety. You have specific responsibilities within these areas and are expected to understand them.Job Specifications:

Pick-up and verify all nightly deposit drops from Front Desk and other departments. Coordinate change orders from Bank. Record deposit manifest to send to Bank. Reconcile Bank deposits with manifest. Coordinate pick-up and delivery from Bank with security services. Monitor internal and external security for all banks. Balance Vault and petty cash. Make change for all operators and their departments. Coordinate weekly meal tickets for EDRs. Record daily Rooms, Activities and other statistics All other duties assigned.Job Requirements:
Prior thorough cash handling experience, preferably teller or bank employment Proficient experience with a Ten-key pad. Working knowledge of Excel and basic computer skills English-Verbal and Written Proficiency Prior cash handling Desktop computer, standard office equipment Office attire appropriate by Grand Teton Lodge Company policies Must be personable, helpful and courteous in order to meet the public and employees needs at all locations.Training:
