Job Description

CrossMar is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Coworking Division Manager to lead the growth and operations of our Bentonville coworking portfolio. This individual will be responsible for maximizing occupancy, driving revenue, enhancing the member experience, and positioning our locations as premier workspaces within Northwest Arkansas. The ideal candidate understands the Bentonville business community, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment serving entrepreneurs, startups, Walmart suppliers, remote workers, and growing businesses. The role requires a strong leader who can manage operations while actively pursuing new business opportunities throughout the Northwest Arkansas market. Bentonville continues to attract startups, retail suppliers, and innovation-focused organizations, making relationship-building a critical component of the role. Primary Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Lead all membership sales activities. Increase occupancy across private offices, dedicated desks, flex memberships, meeting rooms, and virtual offices.
Develop relationships with:
Walmart suppliers Vendor community Commercial real estate brokers Local chambers of commerce Economic development organizations Startup Northwest Arkansas Onward HQ Entrepreneurs and small businesses Conduct tours and close prospective members. Develop referral partnerships throughout Northwest Arkansas. Represent CrossMar at networking events and community functions. Financial Performance Own the division's P&L. Develop annual operating budgets. Monitor revenue and expenses.
Track KPIs including:
Occupancy Member retention Average revenue per office Meeting room utilization NOI Sales pipeline Recommend pricing adjustments based on market demand. Operations Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize the Yardi Kube coworking management platform. Experience with CRM, property management, or coworking software is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing data, reporting, and member information. Oversee day-to-day operations of all coworking locations. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation. Coordinate vendors and service providers. Ensure operational consistency across locations. Oversee technology systems, access control, and office equipment. Member Experience Deliver exceptional hospitality. Build a strong professional community. Resolve escalated member issues. Develop programming that encourages collaboration and networking. Increase member retention through engagement. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and develop coworking staff. Create performance goals. Foster a culture centered on service, accountability, and continuous improvement. Marketing Partner with marketing to promote coworking services. Support social media, digital campaigns, and local advertising. Coordinate community events and educational programming. Increase brand awareness throughout Northwest Arkansas. Strategic Growth Evaluate expansion opportunities. Assist with underwriting new coworking developments. Analyze competitor pricing and market trends. Recommend new revenue streams and service offerings. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of leadership experience. Experience in one or more of: Coworking Commercial real estate Hospitality Multi-location retail Property management Strong sales background with a proven ability to close business. Experience managing budgets and financial performance. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
