This executive will report to the CFO of the system, who is described as someone who you can easily connect and collaborate with in a meaningful way. He's down to earth and will hear your recommendations and run with them. The Chief Revenue Cycle Officer will serve as the enterprise leader responsible for aligning revenue cycle operations with the organization's financial strategy and long-term growth objectives. The CRCO will oversee the full revenue cycle across the system including patient access, coding, revenue integrity, billing, and collections. They will partner closely with finance, operations, and clinical leadership to strengthen revenue performance, ensure payment accuracy, and improve operational efficiency. The strategic goal is to unify senior revenue cycle leaders across the organization and drive deliberate and dynamic initiatives that enhance reimbursement performance, reduce revenue leakage, and support the system's broader financial goals.
Salary:

Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-hospital-site revenue cycle organizations within large healthcare systems required. Proven stability in leadership roles required. Proven experience improving revenue cycle performance through data driven strategy, operational standardization, and process improvement initiatives. Experience working closely with finance, accounting, clinical leadership, and operational executives to optimize financial performance.
Expertise:

Strong knowledge of reimbursement methodologies including fee for service, DRG and APC payment models, bundled payments, and value-based care arrangements. Experience with major electronic medical record platforms such as Epic or similar systems. Strong understanding of revenue integrity, compliance, and regulatory requirements within healthcare.
