Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) About ActiveProspect ActiveProspect is on a mission to make consent-based marketing the most effective and trusted channel for customer acquisition. Our platform helps companies acquire customers at scale while ensuring compliance, transparency, and performance across a complex partner ecosystem. We operate across two complementary platforms:
ActiveProspect Platform — lead acquisition, orchestration, and compliance for performance marketers and publishers
InfutorData Solutions — identity, enrichment, and consumer intelligence for marketers, data providers, and enterprises Together, we connect consent, identity, and performance data to maximize the value of every lead.
Job Summary ActiveProspect is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead revenue strategy and execution across the business. Reporting to the CEO, this leader will own sales, customer success, and partnerships, and scale the company from $110M to $250M+ ARR. This role spans two distinct but complementary motions:
Data and identity (Infutor) — enterprise, data-driven sales The CRO must unify these into a single commercial strategy while building a partnership-led growth engine across data providers, technology platforms, and marketplaces. Responsibilities Revenue Strategy & Growth
Own and execute revenue strategy across both platforms
Build a predictable, data-driven revenue engine (pipeline, forecasting, conversion)
Scale from $110M to $250M+ ARR
Evolve pricing across subscription, usage, and data monetization models
Drive new growth across segments, markets, and partnership channels Sales & Revenue Leadership
Lead revenue across direct and indirect channels
Align two GTM motions: high-velocity performance marketing and enterprise data sales
Improve pipeline quality, win rates, and productivity
Own the full lifecycle: acquisition → expansion → retention Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth
Build and scale a partnership-driven revenue engine across referrals, revenue-sharing, channel sales, and marketplace integrations
Establish partnerships as a core revenue lever for pipeline, distribution, and growth
Align ecosystem strategy across both AP and InfutorData Integration & Expansion
Lead commercial integration of InfutorData (VMS)
Drive cross-sell across performance and data customers
Unify positioning across consent, identity, and lead performance Executive Leadership
Partner with CEO and leadership team on growth strategy
Present revenue performance and forecasts to the board
Build and scale a high-performing revenue leadership team Qualifications Required
CRO / SVP
Revenue / senior sales leadership experience in B2B
Track record scaling revenue in data, marketing, or platform businesses
Experience across both enterprise sales and high-velocity / transactional sales
Strong forecasting and operational discipline Highly Relevant
Marketing data, identity, or enrichment platforms
AdTech, MarTech, or lead generation ecosystems
Data monetization / data-as-a-product companies
Experience selling to marketers, data buyers, or regulated industries (insurance, lending, financial services)
Experience building partnership-led or ecosystem-driven revenue models Leadership Traits
Strong commercial judgment across multiple GTM motions
Ability to translate data into customer value
High execution intensity and accountability
Deep understanding of buyer needs
