Work You'll Do As a Contract Support Operations Consultant on the Supply Chain and Network Operations team, you will: Support the Contract Support Operations (CSO) Team Lead and government stakeholders on all facets of CSO Provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from shaping data calls and analysis to reviewing the packaging of recommendations for senior leader decision forums Serve as subject matter mentor to the Policy Analysts and other (Contract Support Operations) CSO team members, ensuring their work is analytically sound and in alignment with strategic guidance, policy, doctrine, and other requirements Synthesize diverse inputs (e.g. CSO data, studies, policies) to provide a unified strategic narrative and inform the project's direction Act as a SME within Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) and working groups, guiding discussions, validating analytical approaches, shaping data visualizations, and building consensus around findings Provide critical SME recommendations for the integration of project activities into a unified effort across portfolios strategically to develop and enhance CSO A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others The Team Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact.
