customer appointments Clean carpets and upholstery inside customers' homes (comfortable indoor work) Upsell additional cleaning services and deliver a great customer experience Be the face of LocalPro — friendly, professional, and dependable Who We Want Someone reliable who shows up on time, every time A people person — you enjoy talking to customers and making their day Willing to learn (we teach you everything) Must have your own vehicle (car or SUV — nothing fancy required) Can lift about 75 lbs (that's the cleaning equipment) Available Monday through Saturday, 8am to 5pm The Pay Guaranteed Weekly Pay , commission and tips Your hourly rate adjusts based on your upselling and customer reviews — top performers earn 15-20% of their weekly revenue in commission $0.62/mile vehicle reimbursement on top of your pay Paid every week — no waiting around for payday Sundays always off .
