THE JOB:

KNOCK DOORS. SET APPOINTMENTS. GET PAID.

We are looking for Canvassing Rockstars to join our Field Marketing team. This isn't a "sit-and-wait" kind of job—this is for people who love to be outdoors, talk to people, and control their own paycheck. You are NOT closing sales. Your only job is to knock on doors in local neighborhoods and schedule homeowners for a FREE Home Energy Checkup recommended by their local electric company.

You get a solid $17-20/hr base pay depending on your starting experience. If you're new and hustle, you can earn a raise each month during your first three months to catch you up to the experienced canvasser pay level.

COMMISSION ON THE

"RUN": You earn your bonus as soon as our consultant walks into the home. You get paid even if they don't buy anything.

SIX-FIGURE POTENTIAL

Motivated canvassers who hit their daily appointment goals easily clear $80k-$110k+ per year.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK

This role is Field Canvassing. You will be working in specific neighborhoods where our install crews are already active, making the "pitch" even easier.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Work Ethic:

You aren't afraid to knock on doors and initiate conversations.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to walk neighborhoods for 4-5 hours a day in varying weather. The "Gift of Gab": You are friendly, approachable, and can handle a "no" with a smile.

Reliability:

You MUST have a valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle to get to the office or the territory daily.

Positive Attitude:

You represent our brand; we need people who stay upbeat and driven.
