- 600K+ Opportunity | Door to Door Sales + Leadership Opportunity + Build & Run a Team About the Opportunity We are expanding our Phoenix roofing division and looking for door-to-door project managers. This role for someone who knows how to:
- generate leads through door knocking
- build momentum in the field
- and the desire to grow into a company leader of a team to consistent production You are not starting from scratch.
- Proven systems and processes
- CRM and software in place (including AccuLynx)
- Marketing support
- Recruiting support
- Operations and production handled Your focus is: lead the team, train reps, and drive production Who This Is For
- Experienced in door-to-door sales (solar, alarms, pest, roofing, etc.)
- Proven ability to:○ generate leads consistently○ perform in a high-activity environment
- Leadership mindset or prior team experience
- Competitive, driven, and production-focused Who This Is NOT For
- People looking for a high guaranteed salary without production
- Anyone without real D2D experience
- Anyone not willing to be in the field We are not a startup — we are building on a proven foundation and expanding into a majorgrowth phase. What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain high daily activity (doors, sets, inspections)
- Personally produce early on, then transition into leadership
- Help scale the team to 20, 40, 70+ deals per month Compensation
- Commission (1099) to start With the ability to grow into
- Base salary + commission
- Substantial team override on production Strong income potential from day one, with significant upside as the team scales Income Potential
- Year 1: ~$200K
- 250k+
- Year 2-3: $300K
- 450K
- At scale:$500K
- 600K+ Long-Term Upside
