Project Manager Door-to-Door (Roofing Division)

• generate leads through door knocking
• build momentum in the field
• and the desire to grow into a company leader of a team to consistent production You are not starting from scratch.

• Proven systems and processes
• CRM and software in place (including AccuLynx)
• Marketing support
• Recruiting support
• Operations and production handled Your focus is: lead the team, train reps, and drive production Who This Is For
• Experienced in door-to-door sales (solar, alarms, pest, roofing, etc.)
• Proven ability to:○ generate leads consistently○ perform in a high-activity environment
• Leadership mindset or prior team experience

• Maintain high daily activity (doors, sets, inspections)
• Personally produce early on, then transition into leadership
• Help scale the team to 20, 40, 70+ deals per month Compensation
• Commission (1099) to start With the ability to grow into
• Base salary + commission
• Substantial team override on production Strong income potential from day one, with significant upside as the team scales Income Potential
• Year 1: ~$200K
