Position Overview P&A Roofing is seeking energetic and outgoing Canvassers to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage directly with homeowners throughout the Phoenix metro area, introducing them to our services and helping identify roofing needs within the community. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build experience in sales, marketing, customer relations, and business development while earning competitive compensation and performance-based incentives. P&A Roofing is looking for full-time and part-time employees to fill the role. Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods Introduce homeowners to P&A Roofing and our services Educate potential customers on roofing solutions, inspections, repairs, and replacement options Schedule appointments for roofing consultations and inspections Answer questions and provide information in a professional and friendly manner Track daily activities, conversations, and leads generated Follow company messaging and outreach strategies Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to meet company goals Represent P&A Roofing with professionalism and integrity at all times Participate in community events and promotional activities as needed Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, canvassing, or telemarketing preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with homeowners and building rapport quickly Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred but not required Leadership or team management experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses and fuel reimbursement Advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing company Comprehensive training and ongoing support Flexible scheduling options, Full-time & Part-time positions available Positive team culture focused on growth and success Opportunity to make a direct impact on homeowners throughout Arizona Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is confident, personable, driven, and eager to grow.
