Public Outreach is hiring Community Outreach Representatives in San Diego to represent leading nonprofit organizations and connect people with causes that matter. This is a great opportunity for people with experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, events, sales, or any role where communication and connection are important. If you enjoy being around people, starting conversations, and working in an energetic team environment, you may be a great fit. What You'll Do As a Community Outreach Representative, you will: Have meaningful conversations with members of the public Represent nonprofit organizations in community spaces throughout San Diego Share information about important humanitarian, environmental, and social causes Encourage people to support organizations they believe in Work alongside a supportive team while developing your communication skills Receive paid training and coaching from experienced leaders This is an active, face-to-face role. You'll spend your day meeting new people, exploring different parts of San Diego, and building relationships — not sitting behind a desk.
