As a full-time Benefits Advisor, you will be helping clients access top notch, affordable, and accessible health care solutions that fit their unique needs and budget. Along with other high performing agents, you will establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with our virtual selling platform. We are ideally looking for a candidate who possess leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial spirit. Responsibilities:

• Utilize our CRM to maintain pipeline and contact potential clients
• Meet weekly sales goals
• Virtually meet with applicants who have expressed interest in insurance to address their needs
• Explain options of health plans to potential clients to determine the correct plan for their lifestyle
• Handle private health information in a confidential and sensitive manner

Qualifications:

• Must be local to MIAMI and surrounding areas
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, coachable, and strong work ethic.
• Able to pass a criminal background check

Compensation:
