Residential Roofing Sales Representative Action Roofing - Pensacola, FL Action Roofing, a member of the Peak Roofing Partners family of companies, is one of Florida's fastest-growing roofing contractors and has recently expanded its Gulf Coast operations into Pensacola and Mobile. With nearly 40 years of roofing expertise, Action Roofing provides homeowners with industry-leading roof replacement, repair, and maintenance solutions throughout Florida and the Gulf Coast region. (Roofing Contractor) We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Residential Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing Pensacola team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to earn six figures through uncapped commissions while working with a company that provides strong operational support, advanced technology, and a trusted brand. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and identify roofing needs Present roofing solutions and educate customers on products, processes, and financing options Generate self-sourced opportunities through networking, referrals, canvassing, and community engagement Follow up on company-generated leads and appointments Prepare and deliver professional estimates and proposals Guide customers through the sales process from inspection to contract signing Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences Represent Action Roofing professionally in the community What We're Looking For 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred Roofing, home improvement, construction, restoration, or related sales experience strongly preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a hunter mentality Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed What We Offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission Top performers can earn $150,000-$250,000+ annually Company-provided leads and appointment opportunities Fuel reimbursement and vehicle allowance opportunities Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and paid holidays Ongoing training and professional development Advancement opportunities within Action Roofing and Peak Roofing Partners Why Join Action Roofing?
