Responsibilities Meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments Perform roof inspections and assess roofing needs Educate customers on roofing systems, materials, warranties, and financing options Prepare and present professional estimates and proposals Close residential roofing projects while delivering an outstanding customer experience Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure successful project completion Generate referrals and build lasting customer relationships Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, home improvement, solar, or in-home sales is a plus) Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset Ability to work outdoors and climb ladders when needed Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Compensation Uncapped commission structure First-year earning potential of $120,000•250,000+ Top performers regularly exceed these earnings Paid training and ongoing sales coaching Company-provided warm leads and pre-set appointments Fuel reimbursement and mileage reimbursement Clear opportunities for advancement Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401(k) Professional development and ongoing training Career growth opportunities W-2 Full-Time Employment Why Action Roofing?
