to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for distributing government-issued phones to eligible recipients, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery processes. Your energetic approach will help promote awareness of government programs, assist beneficiaries with their device needs, and foster positive community relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference in people's lives while developing valuable skills in sales, customer service, and community outreach. Responsibilities Distribute government phones directly to eligible individuals through door-to-door canvassing and community events Promote awareness of government phone programs by engaging with community members and explaining program benefits clearly Provide exceptional customer service by assisting recipients with device setup, usage instructions, and troubleshooting support Conduct outreach efforts via telemarketing and canvassing to identify potential beneficiaries and increase program participation Negotiate with community partners and stakeholders to facilitate distribution efforts and expand program reach Maintain accurate records of distributions, interactions, and follow-up actions for reporting purposes Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and community organizations to coordinate distribution activities Experience Supervising experience in a sales or outreach environment preferred but not required Proven ability in marketing or promotional activities to engage diverse audiences Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, telemarketing or fundraising campaigns is highly desirable Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse communities Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade confidently Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism Join us in this impactful role where your enthusiasm and communication skills will help bridge technology access gaps!
