Crist Jr Roofing & Construction - Metro Atlanta Looking to make extra cash and break into sales? Crist Jr Roofing & Construction is hiring motivated individuals to generate leads for our roofing and restoration team. No experience needed—we provide training and support. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to earn income while building skills that can lead to a high-paying sales career. Pay Structure $100 per qualified lead $250 per filed insurance claim Weekly bonus opportunities
Weekly Potential:
5 leads = $500 10 leads = $1,000+ 15+ leads = $1,500-$2,000+ Paid bi-weekly Responsibilities Knock doors in residential neighborhoods Speak with homeowners about free roof inspections Set appointments for the sales team Assist homeowners with starting insurance claims (training provided) Requirements Positive attitude and strong communication skills Reliable and motivated to earn income Comfortable working outdoors and knocking doors No prior experience required Growth Opportunity Top performers have the opportunity to move into a full sales role with earning potential of $100K+ per year.
