Crist Roofing & Construction LLC is looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Salespersons in Training . This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in roofing and construction sales . Previous roofing or sales experience is not required. We provide hands-on training and a structured advancement program designed to develop you from canvassing and lead generation into a Full Sales Representative. You will learn the entire roofing sales process—from generating your first lead to working with homeowners, assisting with insurance claims, attending inspections and adjuster meetings, presenting contracts, and helping move customers through the sales process. What You'll Learn Door-to-door canvassing and lead generation How to identify potential roofing and storm-damage opportunities Customer communication and follow-up Roof inspection coordination Basic roofing and construction knowledge Insurance claim filing procedures Insurance claim terminology How to attend and participate in adjuster meetings How to understand insurance scopes and company estimates Presenting roofing and construction services Presenting and explaining customer agreements Obtaining signed customer contracts Proper customer documentation CRM use and lead management Sales-to-production handoff procedures Training & Advancement Our training program provides a clear path toward becoming a Full Sales Representative . Stage 1 - Intro Canvasser Learn our door-knocking presentation, customer interaction standards, lead qualification process, and canvassing procedures. Stage 2 - Canvasser Begin consistently generating qualified leads and learning the basics of roof inspections and customer communication. Upon Company approval, qualifying Canvassers may become eligible for a 10% commission structure on qualifying jobs. Stage 3 - Claim Canvasser Learn the insurance claim process, attend roof inspections and adjuster meetings, assist customers with approved claim-filing procedures, and maintain accurate customer records. Qualifying individuals may become eligible for a 10% commission structure on qualifying jobs upon Company approval. Stage 4 - Salesperson in Training Take on more of the sales process, including customer follow-up, insurance claims, inspections, adjuster meetings, contract presentations, CRM documentation, and sales-to-production handoffs. Once formally placed at this level, qualifying individuals may become eligible for a 20% commission structure . Stage 5 - Full Sales Representative Individuals who demonstrate the ability to independently manage the Company's sales process may be promoted to Full Sales Representative. Full Sales Representatives may become eligible for the Company's 40% commission/profit compensation structure under the applicable Sales Agreement. Advancement is performance-based and is not automatic. The general target for advancement is approximately 2 qualified leads per week , along with demonstrating professionalism, attendance, communication, customer service, accurate documentation, and an understanding of Company procedures.
