Job Summary:
theCoderSchool is looking for outgoing, community-minded School Partnership Ambassadors to open doors across metro Atlanta. You're the friendly first face who walks into a school, introduces what we do, and gets principals and program directors excited about bringing coding to their students. You won't run long sales cycles and you won't close deals, you spark the conversation and hand warm, interested schools to our partnership team. If you love meeting new people and want your income to reflect your hustle, this is your role. ⚡
COMMISSION-BASED ROLE WITH UNCAPPED EARNING
⚡This is a performance-based, independent (1099) position. You get paid for every qualified school meeting you generate, plus a bonus every time a school you opened brings students on board. There's no ceiling on what you can earn. The more doors you open, the more you make. We hand you the schools to approach, the materials, and the talking points. You bring the energy and the people skills. This is a flexible, self-directed role. You set your own schedule, work your own territory, and put in as many or as few hours as you want. Spark the Interest Share how our programs light kids up and why coding matters in an AI-driven world Read the room, answer questions, and find the schools that are genuinely excited Represent our brand like the great first impression it deserves 3. Hand Off the Win When a school is interested, set up a warm introduction with our partnership team Log the details and pass the baton, no closing or paperwork marathon required Our team takes it from there and builds the relationship 4. Get Paid Earn a set commission for every qualified meeting you generate Stack a bonus each time one of your schools enrolls students Uncapped, performance-based, and paid for results, not hours logged

Pay:
$24.80 - $29.87 per hour Application Question(s): This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor role. There is no hourly base pay.
