In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador responsible for engaging with homeowners and business owners affected by storm damage, providing vital information about our restoration services, and setting appointments for our experienced sales team. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive our mission to help communities recover quickly and efficiently after severe weather events. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales and customer service skills while making a meaningful impact. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls, warm calling, and door-to-door canvassing to identify property owners impacted by storm damage Engage prospects with clear, energetic communication about our restoration services and solutions Build rapport with potential clients through effective negotiation and active listening Schedule appointments for the sales team by accurately capturing customer information in CRM software such as Salesforce Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed Maintain detailed records of interactions, outcomes, and customer preferences within CRM systems Collaborate with marketing efforts to target high-impact areas and maximize outreach effectiveness Requirements Proven experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or inside sales roles with a focus on customer engagement Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in English Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking leads and activities Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales concepts is a plus but not required Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently and professionally Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration in a fast-paced environment Join us today as we help communities rebuild after storms!
