Job Description

Future Kids of America is seeking energetic and outgoing individuals to help raise funds and awareness for programs that provide scholarships, mentoring, and educational opportunities to students throughout our community. As a Community Outreach Representative, you will engage with residents, share our mission, and help secure support for programs that help students succeed and graduate with less debt. This is a year-round, door-to-door fundraising position throughout the Chicagoland area. No experience is required—we're looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy meeting people and making a positive impact in their community.
Position Details:
Earn $18-$25 per hour (includes hourly pay, fundraising incentives, and performance bonuses) Base pay of $18-$20 per hour Transportation provided Paid training and ongoing support Full-time and part-time opportunities available No experience required
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door outreach throughout the Chicagoland area Speak with residents about Future Kids of America's mission and programs Raise funds and awareness to support scholarships and educational opportunities for students Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented Comfortable speaking with people in the community If you're passionate about making a difference, enjoy engaging with people, and want a career where your work directly helps students succeed, we'd love to hear from you!
