Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Canvassing Manager to lead our outreach efforts and drive engagement within the community. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for connecting with people. This role involves overseeing canvassing operations, managing a team of canvassers, and ensuring effective communication with potential clients or constituents. The Canvassing Manager will play a critical role in promoting our mission, of restoring homes. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of canvassers in door-to-door outreach efforts. Develop and implement canvassing strategies to effectively market our initiatives. Train and mentor canvassing staff on best practices in communication and customer service. Negotiate with potential clients or constituents to foster positive relationships. Monitor and evaluate the performance of canvassing campaigns, providing feedback and support as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on goals and messaging. Skills Proven experience in door-to-door canvassing or similar outreach roles. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively. Excellent sales acumen with a track record of achieving targets. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for clear interaction with diverse audiences. Experience in supervising teams, demonstrating leadership qualities that inspire motivation and productivity. Background in customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.
