WHAT YOU'LL DO
This role involves meeting with homeowners, discussing roofing concerns, and helping coordinate inspection appointments and project next steps. You will work closely with experienced team members while developing professional sales and communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
Connecting with homeowners Identifying potential storm or age-related roofing issues Assisting with inspections and customer follow-up Explaining timelines, restoration processes, and available solutions Participating in regular training and performance meetings

Sales Representatives:
$6,000-$12,000 per month
Senior Producers:
$9,000-$18,000 per month
