WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your role is to create opportunities by meeting homeowners in local communities and identifying potential roofing needs. You will work Monday through Friday, with a typical schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Your day will involve:

Meeting homeowners and starting professional conversations Learning to recognize potential roofing and storm damage opportunities Creating qualified opportunities for the sales team Building your communication and sales skills through coaching and field experience You will be trained and supported as you learn the role. The goal is to help you become confident in the field while giving you the opportunity to grow into greater responsibility over time.
