What You Can Earn:

Paid Training:

$500-$700/week (based on experience) $250 spiff for every signed contract Competitive commission structure Monthly sales contests and bonuses, opportunity to earn up to $4,500/month in bonuses alone Draw program available (advance on earned commissions) Realistic earnings: $100K-$150K+ Sign-on bonus available for experienced candidates Family-owned company with a strong local reputation High-volume operation with consistent storm restoration opportunities Full-cycle sales role — you own the customer relationship from start to finish Strong training and support during ramp-up Advancement opportunities as the company grows This is not a "throw you to the wolves" sales environment. What You'll Be Doing:

Prospect for homeowners with storm-damaged properties throughout Wichita and surrounding areas Perform roof inspections and document damage Assist homeowners through the insurance claims process Attend adjuster meetings Manage jobs from signed contract through completion Coordinate with production and internal teams Represent Apex professionally in the field and in customers' homes
