Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce and promote window cleaning to residential customers. Identify customer needs, present tailored cleaning options, and demonstrate product benefits effectively. Utilize mapping softwares to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales activities accurately. Negotiate terms, answer technical questions, and close deals to meet sales targets confidently. Leverage marketing materials and multilingual skills to connect with diverse communities and maximize outreach efforts. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Maintain compliance with safety protocols during field activities and report any incidents or concerns promptly. Experience Proven experience in outside sales, especially door-to-door or technical sales is highly preferred. Good background in marketing, negotiation, deal closing, and customer service enhances success in this role. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for engaging diverse customer bases. Familiarity with sales softwares and other mapping softwares helps significantly. Knowledge of in person sales or technical sales related to window cleaning is a plus. Demonstrated leadership qualities that motivate teams and foster a proactive approach to sales challenges. Previous experience in selling window cleaning or technical sales will help you hit the ground running.
