Overview:

If you have a proven track record in canvassing, we want you on our team! Window Depot is looking for a powerhouse Canvassing & Event Engagement Specialist to be the face of our brand. You will split your time between traditional neighborhood door-to-door canvassing and representing us at local events, community festivals, and campaigns.What You'll Do:

Knock on doors and engage with potential customers at local events to introduce our top-tier services.Generate Leads:
Secure appointments for our sales team to earn uncapped bonuses.- Be the

Confidently answer questions and build instant rapport with a diverse range of people.- Own the

Run localized field campaigns with high energy and a positive attitude.What We Are Looking For:
Experienced:
Previous experience in face-to-face canvassing or door-to-door marketing is required.Social & Outgoing:
You must enjoy talking to people, have a thick skin, and possess a vibrant personality.Stamina & Resilience:
This is an active, outdoor role. You must be capable of walking several miles a day and ready to work in various weather conditions.Reliable:
You must have your own reliable transportation to reach various neighborhoods and event sites.Background Check:
A standard background check is required for employment.- Be able to commit to working Thursday-Saturday with occasional Sundays. Weekday shift is normally 3-7pm with weekends varying between 10-3 pm or 10-8 pm (depending on event times) Average 20-24 hours a week. What's In It For You?
Solid Base Pay:
