— You must already live within commuting distance of our Silver Spring / Bethesda, MD office and the greater DMV (Montgomery County, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia). This is an in-person role. No relocation. Out-of-area applicants will not be considered. This is NOT an entry-level job. If you've never been on a roof or sat across from an insurance adjuster, this is not the role for you. UD Roofing is a 20-year, GAF-Certified, A+ BBB, 5.0-star (130+ reviews) DMV roofer. We hand our closers pre-booked, qualified appointments from our canvassing and marketing team — you focus on closing, not chasing leads.YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU
- Have 1+ years selling residential roofing / storm restoration
- Can climb and safely inspect a roof — comfortable on a ladder and know hail/wind damage when you see it
- Have worked insurance claims: filed them, met the adjuster on the roof, read an Xactimate scope, and supplemented
- Live in or near the DMV — local candidates only
- Have reliable transportation, a smartphone, and can pass a background check
