THE ROLE

As an Entry Level Canvasser, you'll have the autonomy to: Manage your own territory using our proven field sales strategies Conduct strategic neighborhood canvassing with experienced team members Convert high-value opportunities through our efficient sales process What We're Looking For Coachable and willing to learn Comfortable speaking with homeowners Willing to knock doors and work outdoors Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Self-motivated and dependable No prior sales or roofing experience required Work Environment Professional and organized Clear expectations and support No micromanagement

Requirements:

Must be available Monday - Friday 11am-7pm and available to work saturdays Must have personal transportation Limited roles available. Management experience can be obtained in less than a year. We want you to help grow our company so we can change your life!

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
