Roofing Canvasser Leadership Track

We're a growing roofing company looking for a motivated, self-driven canvasser who wants more than just another sales job. If you can produce, stay consistent, and help bring in business, there is serious room for advancement. This role starts with door-to-door canvassing and setting qualified roofing appointments. But for the right person, it can grow into much more. We want to build a canvassing team, and our goal is to promote from within. A strong performer can grow into a leadership role, help train new canvassers, and earn more as the team expands. We're looking for someone who likes freedom, likes being outside, can handle rejection, and doesn't need to be micromanaged.
