Job Overview:
We are seeking for a Grassroots Associates to join our team. As an Associate, you will be responsible to engage with Hispanics in your area about current issues, laws and candidates that affect our community. This will be achieved by knocking doors and filling out surveys.
Duties:
  • Knocking doors and talking to Latinos in your area
  • Work for a whole shift of 8 hours on Saturday's that are national days of action.
  • Being adaptive when new surveys are added and new areas needed to be knocked
  • Meeting with you supervisor regularly for performance checks communicating with your supervisor for weekly schedule and to get all resources needed for the job, such as door hangers, surveys, etc.
Qualifications:
Older than 18
  • No prior experience needed.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Able to drive and having access to a transportation method
