Job Description

Position Summary Looking to break into sales and build a long-term career? This is where it starts. Arrow Roofing is hiring Canvassing Appointment Setters who want more than just a job — we're looking for individuals who want to develop real sales skills and grow within a company.
What You'll Learn:
Communication and persuasion skills Lead generation and pipeline development How to handle objections and build confidence The foundation of a successful sales career
What You'll Do:
Engage homeowners in local neighborhoods through door-to-door canvassing Perform roofing inspections Set qualified appointments for our sales team Track progress and improve daily Work closely with leadership and mentors
