This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being outdoors, talking with people, and creating opportunities through persistence and consistency.

Your day will include:

Prospecting neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach Building relationships with homeowners Identifying storm damage and roofing opportunities Scheduling roof inspections and meeting with prospective customers Educating homeowners on the insurance restoration process Following up with leads and maintaining strong customer communication Representing 24Restore with professionalism and integrity Working closely with project managers to ensure an outstanding customer experience What You Bring Sales, customer service, marketing, or relationship-building experience preferred Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and face-to-face conversations Ability to work independently while managing your own schedule Positive attitude with a "whatever it takes" mentality Driven to achieve goals and earn uncapped commissions Valid driver's license and clean driving record Candidates with backgrounds in sales, customer service, roofing, construction, home improvement, hospitality, recruiting, real estate, insurance, retail, or athletics are encouraged to apply.
