: 12 Weeks (June 1st to August 21st) Stronghold Pipe Repair is hiring summer sales reps for a fast-paced, competitive door‑to‑door role setting appointments for a simple sewer inspection. We provide the routes, uniforms, proven scripts, and mileage reimbursement! EACH WEEK

get exclusive use of a Stronghold Segway for the following week Top 2 reps at the end of summer are eligible for a full‑time Sales Technician role: Salary + commission, Benefits, Company vehicle, and a Long-term career with a growing company! The Pay Structure Commission-only W2 employment 70/30 split

• 199 (average is $99) Average rep sells 3 inspections/day High performing rep sells 5+ inspections/day Average reps earn $800
• 1,500+ per week Paid weekly What You'll Be Doing Door‑to‑door sales in assigned neighborhoods (South Metro MN) Offering homeowners a low-ticket, easy‑to‑understand service (sewer line inspection) Setting appointments (not doing the inspections yourself) Using a proven pitch and scripts we provide We provide the routes, uniforms, and mileage reimbursement!

REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation to get to your assigned neighborhood each workday (we provide the neighborhood — you get yourself there) Comfortable walking long distances and being on your feet for most of the day Able to work outdoors in summer weather (heat, sun, humidity, etc.) Comfortable talking with homeowners door‑to‑door Dependable, punctual, and willing to work a full summer schedule
