Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking motivated Community Solar Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, engaging with the community to promote our services and products. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for renewable energy, and the ability to build relationships within the community. You will play a crucial role in driving awareness and sales of our solar energy solutions. •

THIS IS NOT ROOFTOP SOLAR

• Responsibilities Working outdoors and commuting to varied locations going

DOOR TO DOOR

. Attending weekly check-ins and meetings with trainers and team members. Engage with community members through events, presentations, and one-on-one interactions. Navigating multiple apps and digital processes to complete enrollments thoroughly and professionally.

Utilize technical sales skills to effectively communicate product features and benefits. Qualifications Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate others. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to better serve diverse communities. Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with customers.
