  • Large Format Printing Sales & Installation We're a growing print shop in the Minneapolis St.
Paul area producing bumper stickers, car magnets and running bibs — expanding into window advertising, signs, banners, and vehicle magnetic or adhesive signage. Looking for an energetic, commission-only independent sales and installation rep to develop B2B customers in a large exclusive territory. What you'll sell Window advertising, retail & storefront signage Large banners, event signage Vehicle magnetic signs and fleet branding Custom short-run print products for local businesses and organizations Your own Installation services What we need Proven outside B2B sales experience (print, signage, advertising, fleet, or promo-products preferred) Ability to install printed products and banners on windows, floors, walls and vehicles (no wraps) Comfortable door-to-door prospecting, cold outreach, and online lead generation Self-motivated, organized, CRM-savvy (HubSpot/Pipedrive experience a plus) Able to provide references and a brief 30/60/90-day plan Compensation Competitive commission-only pay (20-33% depending on account type and new vs. repeat business) Territory exclusivity and commission residuals for repeat orders Fast production & reliable fulfillment — short lead times to help close deals SBA Certified Woman Owned Business
