Full Job Description Outdoor Sales Representative Summary:
W&W Roofing is looking for a motivated, dependable person to join our team as an Outdoor Sales Representative. This is a hands-on sales position for someone comfortable meeting new people, working outside, and creating opportunities by speaking directly with homeowners. You will spend most of your time in local neighborhoods introducing homeowners to W&W Roofing, identifying properties that may need roofing or exterior work, and helping schedule free inspections with our team. You do not need previous roofing experience, but you must be willing to learn, communicate professionally, and consistently put in the effort. We would prefer someone looking for full-time work who wants to build a long-term career and grow with the company. However, this can also be a great seasonal opportunity for someone who wants to work hard during the spring, summer, and fall while having more time off during the winter. What You'll Do Speak with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods Generate leads Represent W&W Roofing in a professional and respectful manner Follow up with interested homeowners Learn the basics of roofing, storm damage, siding, and gutters Keep track of leads Work independently while staying accountable to the team Who We're Looking For Self-motivated and willing to work hard Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners Reliable, punctual, and professional Positive attitude and willing to learn Able to handle rejection without losing motivation Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods Interested in full-time work or a strong seasonal opportunity Sales experience is helpful but not required This is not an office job where you wait for opportunities to come to you.
