Job Description
Neighborhood Engagement Marketer — Part-Time | Bozeman, MT Flexible hours. Performance pay. Real growth path. Clean Cut Painters is one of the fastest-growing painting companies in the Gallatin Valley. We're hiring a part-time Field Marketing Rep to help us grow — and we pay people well for performing. What You'll Do Knock doors in targeted Bozeman neighborhoods where we are alrady performing work, start real conversations with homeowners, and book free estimate appointments on the spot. As you grow in the role, there's opportunity to expand into broader marketing work — local business partnerships, real estate and office outreach, and community presence. What We're Looking For Outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable talking to strangers. You like being active, working independently, and earning based on what you actually produce. Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus — not required. Compensation $20/hr base pay plus $50 for every estimate you book and $10 for every qualified lead you submit. A consistent performer working 12-15 hours a week earns $40-$60/hr effective. Flexible schedule — evenings and weekends preferred.
