In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging directly with potential customers in their neighborhoods to promote and sell our cutting-edge fiber optic internet services. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to build rapport will be essential in converting door-to-door interactions into successful sales. This commission based position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales expertise while making a tangible impact on local connectivity. Duties Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods to introduce and promote fiber optic internet services. Engage with homeowners and business owners through warm calling and outbound calling techniques to generate interest and schedule follow-up appointments. Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly, addressing customer questions with confidence and technical knowledge. Negotiate service packages tailored to customer needs, ensuring a positive experience that encourages sign-ups. Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local promotional campaigns and maximize outreach effectiveness. Follow up with prospects via telemarketing and inside sales strategies, nurturing relationships to close sales successfully. Skills Strong negotiation abilities with a proven track record in B2B or B2C sales environments. Experience in door-to-door and /or telemarketing, outbound calling, or inside sales roles within the technology or telecommunications sectors. Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer interactions and sales data. Excellent communication skills in English, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly and persuasively. Customer service orientation combined with business development acumen to foster long-term client relationships. Ability to perform cold calls, warm calls, and conduct face-to-face presentations confidently. Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to direct consumer outreach and community engagement.
