Job Description

About the Role We're looking for outgoing, motivated people to join our team as Face-to-Face Fundraisers representing respected charities. You'll be the public face of the cause — engaging people in conversation at street locations, retail venues, events, and residential campaigns, and inspiring them to become regular supporters. No fundraising experience needed. If you're confident talking to strangers, love a challenge, and want your work to make a real difference, we'll train you on everything else. What You'll Do Approach and engage members of the public in high-traffic locations, at events, and in residential neighborhoods Share the charity's mission and campaigns in a clear, compelling way Sign up new monthly donors and accurately complete supporter registrations Meet daily and weekly sign-up goals Represent the charity professionally and positively at all times Work as part of a supportive, energetic team What We're Looking For Excellent communication skills and a friendly, confident manner Resilience — you stay positive after hearing "no" Self-motivation and a goal-driven attitude Reliability and punctuality Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for shifts 18+ and eligible to work Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus — but not required
Pay:
$700.00 - $1,400.00 per week
